This is the second year of the Burlesque Art Academy adventure. Season 2008-09 exceeded all expectations and confirmed the sensational interest in this art. Cherry Bloom, Blanche Lenoir, Scarlett Martini and Dixi Ramone, Micca Club’s burlesque dancers, former pupils of the Burlesque Art Academy have now shot to stardom and Micca Club is embarking on yet another new challenge, with five more beautiful girls.

Demand this year has been outstanding and after a strict casting the second year of the Academy recommences in September under the leadership of Mademoiselle Agathe and the collaboration of Mod Hair Design. Mademoiselle Agathe will train the up and coming promising Burlesque stars with irony and professionalism. The Mod Hair Design team, which boasts impressive collaboration with fashion designers, brands and magazines (Valentino, Roberto Capucci, Energie, Sixty, List, Vogue, Vanity Fair, B, View of the Times), will create an unmistakable style for each one of the girls, taking care of their hair styles right down to the last detail.

These will be months of study and rehearsals for the five chosen girls: from the creation of their characters to the construction of a show, taking care of their costumes, savoir-faire, choreographies and choice of music.... to reach the point of performing in all their splendour and artfulness on the stage for
