The Micca Club proposes a booking office for Burlesque shows.

The undeniable success of the Burlesque shows at the Micca Club guarantee a valid and well organized proposal. The Micca Club was the first Italian reality to have organized Burlesque shows since 2006, the year of the first Rome Burlesque Festival. Since then until today, 2009, the Micca Club has organized a further three international festivals as well as establishing the first Burlesque Art Academy, bringing an entirely Italian Burlesque scene into fashion. The objective of the booking office is to sell Burlesque shows for clubs, theatres and private and office parties.
It promotes and organizes different types of Burlesque events, from the most simple event that consists of a single act performed by a single performer, to a more complex act consisting of many different acts with various performers, live bands and a presenter to create a show proposed as the main attraction of the evening.

She’s a bright apparition, sometimes a Slovakian fairy and other times a passionate Parisian princess. In her alter ego she’s a fashion designer and stylist, and her superb period costumes are inspired by the Victorian era to the Cabaret and glamour of the Art Deco period and movie stars of the Thirties and Forties.
Nowadays she’s one of the new Burlesque scene. A leading character in many London clubs like the South Bank Centre, Bush Hall, Soho Revue Bar, Madame Jojo’s, Proud Gallery, Volute, she has now landed in Rome as a guest star of the Micca Club.
Let yourself get carried away in the private parlour of a Lady belonging to another century and she’ll send your temperature rising with stay-up stockings, a perfect string of pearls, killer lipstick and expensive perfumes that guarantee to take you to far off lands and your wildest and most hidden dreams.

An unconventional Dark Lady. Blanche Lenoir is tall and striking, charming and elegant but with a dark soul. Her favourite colour is black and her bearing is austere…at least until she starts playing with her prey, when she displays her craftiness and irony to the full. She was a Diva of the Forties, a crafty, artful Witch with her cauldron and magic wand and a shrewd, cunning and disrespectful Poker Player. Blanche Lenoir has long dark hair and a white ringlet, she’s heavily made up which makes her an aggressive but refined and classy dark lady. Don’t confuse here with a dark icon, but acclaim her as a noble diva of noir.

Blanche Lenoir’s shows:
The Nurse
The Diva
The Poker Player
The Witch
Adam's family (with live band)

Like a cherry, round, firm, smooth and bright, in the bloom of her sensuality and artfulness. Cherry Bloom is a real Fifties Pin-Up girl: shapely, full red lips dressed in little polka dot dresses. Spoilt and capricious, her heart shaped mouth always pouting and blowing kisses. The erotic dream of the famous illustrations of Gil Elvgren is revived in Cherry Bloom, in her retro movements, in her innocent but come-on looks, in her frivolousness. Like in the Wait, the Hitch-hiker, like a Widow who never loses heart, she is still an unruly and uninhibited seductress.

Cherry Bloom’s shows:
The Wait
The Hitch-hiker
The Widow
Poison Ivy
Burlesque Bingo (with live band)

The graceful movements of a dancer as well as the spirit of a punk rocker, this is Dixie Ramone. She’s passionate about dance, from ballet to modern, from belly dancing to tip tap...and the Ramones, where she gets her stage name from. Dixie Ramone is a blend of styles that are so different they transform her into the most varied characters, from a strict School Mistress to an unruly Bride, to a sensual Veiled dancer. An energetic, crazy and explosive character make Dixie Ramone a performer who lets you savour and lap up the exotic as well as the refined classics spiced with an unfailing and absolutely necessary dose of ironic sensuality. Erotic, Exotic, Psychotic!

Dixie Ramone’s shows:
The Belly Dancer
The School Mistress
The Bride
The Inmate
The Dominatrix (with live band)

Fate hasn’t been kind to Lord Forte who lost everything because of his debauched lifestyle. Gambling and bad company left him on the rocks. Now he’s here with us not only as a simple stage assistant but also as a member of the company: sometimes the performers’ side kick, sometimes a pageboy.
He plays a different character in every show: from Jack the Ripper to Charlie Chaplin, from Alice’s Mad Hatter to the Lion Tamer in the Circus where he entertains the audience with his bizarre performances.

Alessandro Casella has worked with Micca Club’s artistic management since 2005 with whom he has managed to realize a radio online/fm, a record label, a magazine and courageous but successful artistic programme. Artistic director, producer, DJ and creative man, Alessandro lives his artistic experience and research on a daily basis. His research started off with his rare collection of 45’s to arrive at minor Italian films as well as vintage cars and motorbikes.

She is the patroness of the Burlesque Art Academy as well as being responsible for training the Burlesque dancers at the Micca Club. With her professionalism, irony and hint of malice, she’s the ideal figure to present a Burlesque show. French accent and Parisian elegance, she conspires with the audience and is irreverent with the dancers.
